I agree to the publication of my name and address in the Club Newsletter / Yearbook and on the BBCK Club website. By sending the application, I confirm that I have thoroughly acquainted myself with the Statutes of the club, the Breeding and Disciplinary Rules. I undertake to comply with all the provisions of the Statutes, Breeding and Disciplinary Code and to get acquainted with all updates. I declare that I have not cooperated in the past and I will not cooperate with dog traders in the future and I will not raise puppies without a pedigree.

Acceptance of the application is subject to approval by the club committee and payment of the registration fee and membership fee.
